Jennifer O.
Patient Care Coordinator
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration of health management in 2018. And earned her masters degree in Health Administration with a concentration of Informatics in 2020. She has worked in the medical field for 8 years. She found her passion for helping people when she was a housekeeper at Sacred Heart. She has worked a number of different positions within the healthcare field from housekeeping to administrative support. On her days off she helps raise money for local teens in need.
Jennifer came to Synergy in October 2022 as a patient care coordinator. She was born and raised in Spokane but has lived in California and finally has settled in Idaho for the last 12 years. She met her husband there, who she has been with for 8 years, and they just recently married in August of 2022. She loves riding her motorcycle, going camping, floating, and traveling with her kids, her husband, and her extended family. Her hobbies are reading, drawing, and sewing. She loves caffeine, painting rocks with her kids, and spending time exploring beautiful places with her husband, especially on their motorcycles.
Kelli Anderson
Billing
Kelli Anderson was born and raised right here in Spokane. She grew up on the South Hill and graduated from Ferris High School. She also raised her family here.
Kelli mostly worked in office positions and wanted to learn more about the medical field. She went back to school and received a Medical Administrative Assistant certificate. That is how she landed at Synergy Healthcare in 2004. Kelli worked as a patient care coordinator at the front desk for 12 years and then moved into billing and finance.
Kelli’s family is everything to her. She enjoys spending me with them and playing with her grandchildren. She also likes hanging out with her dog and going on mini vacations with her husband, Darren.
Elizabeth T.
Patient Care Coordinator
Liz was born in New York but raised in Montana, and recently moved to the Spokane Valley in the summer of 2023. Before working at Synergy Healthcare, she taught swim lessons and worked as a Hospital Patient Care Coordinator Float. Growing up, Liz wanted to be an EMT, teacher, and a millionaire (who wouldn’t?). She has always enjoyed helping people and watching them achieve their goals, which is how she ended up at Synergy Healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Waylon, and their dog Ryder. She also likes to go camping, fishing, and 4-wheeling. She is bubbly and has a good sense of humor and will definitely try to get you to smile!
